When you use the quote form we process your name, company, phone number, email address, the part details and files you upload, together with the date of submission, your IP address and browser information.

Your data is collected electronically through the website form and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, it is necessary for our legitimate interests, and you have given your explicit consent.
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. It may only be disclosed to authorised public bodies where the law requires it, and to our website hosting provider to the extent needed to run the service.
Retention
Quote requests and their attachments are kept for the periods required by applicable legislation after the request is closed, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, and to ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed, together with the other rights listed in the law.
