Our process
From the moment a part reaches our workshop until it is delivered to you, it follows five steps.
-
Enquiry and review
We receive your drawing, sample or description. Using the material, quantity and lead time you need, we work out which machine the part should run on and which operations it needs.
-
Engineering: drawing and dimensioning
If there is no drawing, or the drawing is not ready for production, we prepare a technical drawing and dimensioning that suit the part. Dimensions, material and surface requirements are agreed with you at this stage.
-
Sampling and testing
We produce samples to the agreed dimensions and measure them. The samples are sent for your approval and, if anything needs to change, corrected and made again.
-
Series production
The approved sample becomes the reference for series production, and parts are checked against it throughout the run.
-
Delivery
Finished parts are packed and shipped to you on the agreed date, as quickly as possible.
