As Star Otomat, we are a machining workshop that provides contract manufacturing services to hundreds of companies from various sectors in the field of CNC machines and CNC lathes. We started this work more than twenty years ago at different companies; today, we continue the same meticulous approach with our own machine park.
On our CNC sliding lathes, we handle small-diameter, long, and series parts, while larger-diameter jobs are done on our CNC turning machines. For parts that require threads, we use threading operations, and for special jobs that need additional processes, we put our CNC machining machines into action. This way, we can perfectly carry out the entire machining process of a part from a single place.

How we work
Every job starts with a drawing and dimensioning that suit the part. Once a sample made to those dimensions is approved, we move to series production and deliver on the agreed date.
Inside our workshop
Medical parts on Swiss-type lathes
We produce small, precise medical parts such as hair transplant needles, implant components, botox injector gun parts and fixation screws on Swiss-type CNC lathes, which support the material right beside the cutting point. Material and surface requirements are agreed with you at the drawing stage.
