Our Machine Park
To select the machine best suited to the diameter, length, and volume of the parts we produce, we have organized our production line into four main groups. When necessary, your parts are processed through more than one of our machines to ensure they are completed to the highest standard.

Swiss-type CNC lathes
On a sliding-headstock machine the bar is fed through a guide bushing, so the material is supported right beside the cutting point. That keeps long, slender, small-diameter parts dimensionally stable, and turning, drilling and milling can usually be completed in a single setup. These are our main machines for medical parts, needles, screws and high-volume runs.

CNC lathes
Larger-diameter and shorter parts such as flanges, bushings and shafts are machined on our CNC lathes. Quick changeovers also make samples and small batches economical.

Thread Rolling Machines
Threads are formed by pressing the material between dies instead of cutting it away. Because the grain flow is not interrupted, a rolled thread is stronger and smoother. We use this for bolts, studs and other fasteners.

CNC Machining Centres
Milling, drilling, slotting and flat faces that a turned part needs after the lathe are finished here. We also use these machines for prismatic parts and jobs that need secondary operations.
